Aditi has started the Musical Intitiative ‘Aarohee’ in the year 2012 to impart Classical, Semi Classical  as well as Light Music to her disciples alongside conventional Guru Shishya Style of teaching, so as to popularize the interactive Singing and Learning process. Under the aegis of Aarohee, she has conducted various musical programs, concerts, theme based workshops etc. With constant innovation and new ideas / concepts, this initiative has offered new platform for her students to showcase their talent and hone presentation skills. The initiative has gained popularity amongst her students in no time.
